Having a hard time communicating to my mum again! Just now showed her a pic from dubai, then she ask where is dubai... is it at the US, or china?

I: nope, it is not from all that countries... far from there... u know the place where the woman cover till only they left their eyes!

Mum: Ya... ooooo.... that country la.....

Then after a while....

Mum: then it is at where ar? near to India?

I: it is at the middle east..... "Zhong Dong"......

Mum: then is at the india there la....

I: nope... u know where is the places where they extract out the oils?

Mum: Ya... but that place is at where?

Well, i wanna ask u all how to describe the middle east to her?
